House rules
What every game on the floor shares. The official rules and the terms still govern; this is the short version.
Limits
- Most you can stake on one round: 100.00 coins.
- Most any round can pay: 1000 coins, and never more than 1000x the stake. A bet whose best case would pass the cap is refused before it is placed, which is why a straight-up roulette chip or a video poker hand takes a smaller stake than Dice does.
- On a live game every step is checked against the cap before it is revealed; the game tells you to cash out when the next step would pass it.

“Paid so far” is the average a round has actually paid per coin staked, across every player, Gold and Sweeps Coins together, with its 95% margin. It appears only once that margin is within one point: games with rare big wins swing so far that it can take a very long time. The designed figure is what the math guarantees over many rounds. The originals are built to 96% as an identity in their math; the tables run at the published rates for their rules. Over a session the result swings far more than the edge; over a very long run it settles on these numbers.
The getaway
On Mines, Towers and Hi-Lo, once a step is won you can flip for double instead of cashing out: heads pays 1.92x the current cash-out, tails pays nothing, and the round ends either way. The coin is the 256th draw of the round's hash, so it is as checkable as the game itself.
Resting games
Each game has a switch. A resting game keeps its page and its history, but takes no bets; its card on the floor says so. The whole floor can rest the same way.
Fairness
Every round comes from a server seed committed by its hash before you play, your client seed, and a nonce that counts up. When you rotate, the old seed is revealed and every round under it can be recomputed. Verify a round yourself, or read the full official rules.
