Official Sweepstakes Rules

1. Sponsor

The GoldVault Play sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Towson and Hopkins LLC, d/b/a GoldVault, a Delaware limited liability company (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is governed by these Official Rules and by the GoldVault Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

Open to natural persons who are 21 years of age or older, are physically located in the United States at the time of play, and have a verified GoldVault account. Identity verification is required before Sweeps Coins can be played or redeemed.

The Sweepstakes is not offered to persons located in the following states, and entries from them are void: CA, CT, DE, ID, IN, LA, ME, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OK, TN, UT, WA. Sponsor may add states at any time to comply with law. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible.

3. The two coins

Gold Coins (GC) are virtual coins for play only. They have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for any prize, and cannot be transferred. Gold Coins can be purchased or obtained free.

Sweeps Coins (SC) are sweepstakes entries. They cannot be purchased. They are obtained free by the methods in Section 4. Sweeps Coins that are played on a game and won can be redeemed for prizes as described in Section 6. Sweeps Coins have no value until redeemed in accordance with these rules.

4. How to obtain Sweeps Coins (free)

1. Daily entry. Each eligible participant may claim free Sweeps Coins once per calendar day (UTC) from the Games page. No purchase required.
2. With a Gold Coin purchase. Free Sweeps Coins are included as a bonus with each purchase of Gold Coins, in the amount shown at the time of purchase. The Sweeps Coins are free; the purchase price is for Gold Coins only.
3. By mail. Send a hand-written request on a postcard or 3×5 card with your full name, the email address on your GoldVault account, your mailing address, and the words “GoldVault Play free entry” to: GoldVault Play Free Entry, Towson and Hopkins LLC, 262 Chapman Rd, Ste 240, Newark, DE 19702. One request per outer envelope. Each valid request receives the amount of Sweeps Coins stated on the Free entry page. Requests that are illegible, incomplete, photocopied, mechanically reproduced, or from an unverified account are void.

All methods have equal standing. Sponsor may change the amounts from time to time; the current amounts are always shown on the Free entry page.

5. How the games work

Each game publishes its exact rules, paytable and theoretical return on its page. Outcomes are determined by a provably fair method: before you play, Sponsor commits to a secret server seed by publishing its SHA-256 hash; each round’s result is derived from HMAC-SHA256(server seed, your client seed and round number). When you rotate your seed, the previous server seed is revealed so every round played under it can be independently recomputed. Sponsor cannot change a result after the commitment, and you can change your client seed at any time.

A round is complete when its result is recorded. Sponsor reserves the right to void any round affected by a technical malfunction, and to refuse any bet whose maximum possible payout exceeds the published limits. Vault Gems, Dragon Fortune and Sugar Tumble pay at most 500 times the base bet in any one round, free spins and tumbles included; free spins do not retrigger. On Sugar Tumble a paying grid tumbles at most 20 times in one spin. Free spins may also be bought outright for a published multiple of the base bet (18.6× on Vault Gems, 22.1× on Dragon Fortune, 16.7× on Sugar Tumble); a bought round has no base spin, and its maximum payout is the same 500 times the base bet.

6. Prizes and redemption

Sweeps Coins won in play may be redeemed for a cash prize at the rate of one United States dollar (US$1.00) per Sweeps Coin, subject to a minimum redemption of 10 SC (US$10.00) and to the daily and monthly limits in effect at the time. Redemption requests are reviewed by Sponsor, which may require additional identity verification. Approved prizes are paid by the payout method available on your account. Sponsor may deny a redemption that violates these rules or the Terms of Service.

Prize winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

7. General conditions

One account per person. Accounts found to be duplicated, shared, automated, or used from a prohibited location will be closed and their Sweeps Coins forfeited. Sponsor may suspend or end the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason, including fraud, technical failure, or a change in law, and will pay valid redemption requests received before the end date. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
