What we do

- Every round is provably fair and can be recomputed by you.
- Bets have published maximum stakes and payouts. We refuse a bet rather than quietly cap a win.
- Players must be 21 or older and verified. One account per person.
- Cash-outs are reviewed by a person, not paid automatically.
Take a break or close your account
Email support@getgoldvault.com from your account email with the words “self-exclude” and the length of time you want (30 days, 90 days, one year, or permanently). We will freeze play on your account within one business day and will not reverse it early at your request. Any pending cash-out of Sweeps Coins you have already won is still paid.
