Blackjack: no hand in play
How is Blackjack for you?
How to play
- Deal: two cards each, the dealer shows one. Closest to 21 without going over wins.
- Hit for another card, stand to stop, double on your first two cards (one card, double stake), split a pair by value into two hands (one more split stake).
- A hand stands on 21 by itself. Split aces take one card each. No resplit, insurance or surrender.
- The dealer draws to 16 and stands on every 17.
| Blackjack (a two-card 21, unsplit) | 3 to 2 |
| Win | 1 to 1 |
| Push (equal totals) | stake back |
| Dealer blackjack | loses, unless you have one too |
Designed return to player: about 99.4% with basic strategy (the standard 3:2 table)
Every round is settled by the server from a committed seed and can be recomputed; see Provably fair below.
