• Two cards are dealt; the spread is how many ranks sit strictly between them (deuce low, ace high).
• The third card has to land inside the spread: a spread of one pays 6.5x, two 5x, three 3x, four or more 2x.
• Consecutive cards push. A pair pushes too, unless the third card makes three of a kind for 17.24x.
• Each card is a fresh draw from a full deck, so every rank is equally likely every time.
